At Rainbow Institute, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of everything we do. As a social enterprise, we are committed to making a meaningful impact on communities across Sri Lanka. Over the years, we have supported vulnerable groups by providing services free of charge, including: Children at the Gangodawila Home and the Boys’ Industrial Home, Colombo Children of military personnel disabled in the line of duty Displaced children in Mawanella affected by the Ditwah Cyclone (2025) We also provide scholarships for deserving students to pursue any of our training programmes, helping them build skills for a brighter future. Our partnerships amplify our impact: - U.S. Embassy – Access to English Micro Scholarship Programme: Offering 2-year scholarships to talented teenagers from economically disadvantaged families across seven districts, developing their English, IT, and soft skills. - John Keells Holdings (2025/26): Empowering over 1,000 youth nationwide with spoken English and workplace-ready soft skills. - Selvam Trust: Co-developing a pioneering bilingual app to help Sinhala- and Tamil-speaking youth enhance their English skills. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower communities, nurture talent, and create opportunities that transform lives.
