ABOUT RRL
Rainbow Resources Lanka (GTE) Ltd, RRL is a
Sri Lankan non-profit organization established in 2010. We are committed to empowering people, strengthening institutions, and promoting inclusive social development. For more than 16 years, RRL has worked across Sri Lanka to support communities through communication, capacity building, leadership development, and civic engagement.
Working closely with its sister organization, Rainbow Institute of Communication, RRL creates opportunities for youth, women, marginalized communities, and vulnerable groups to participate actively and confidently in social, economic, and civic life.

Over the years, RRL has partnered with international development agencies, diplomaticmissions, civil society organizations, media institutions, and private sector partners to design and implement impactful programmes that create sustainable change.Our work focuses on helping individuals and institutions overcome social, cultural, andeconomic barriers while creating equitable opportunities for underserved communities.Through training, mentoring, technical support, and networking opportunities, RRL helps people build confidence, leadership, communication, and professional skills that contribute to stronger communities and institutions.
Our Objectives
