Elevate your This is an interactive course which strengthens your capacity to know the art and the science of public speaking in a contextually relevant manner. Participants will research, outline and deliver speeches as well as provide constructive feedback to fellow participants in weekly training sessions. A special feature is the focus on current affairs, which will help participates to improve their general knowledge and awareness on local and global current issues, thereby enabling them to analyze and discuss issues with confidence. They will also gain inspiration, by watching and analyzing speeches by eminent global and local leaders in fields such as politics, sports, business, community development, education, entertainment and beauty. They will also enjoy listening to motivational songs on topics relating to personality development. There will be a special session to help participants to enhance their external appearance and image through grooming. The course aims to eliminate participants’ anxiety in public speaking and is expected to equip participants to: Increase self confidence Become aware of personal speech habits, identify strengths and weaknesses.
